Overview
This post assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Fundraising activities through external F2F agencies aimed to acquire pledge donors, framed in the Annual Fundraising work plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Face to Face campaigns in Colombia.
- Monitor, supervise, and coordinate outsourced agencies.
- Manage new suppliers and campaigns.
- Train, monitor, and provide feedback to fundraising teams.
- Implement motivation plans and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Establish a work plan and timeline for F2F agency operations.
- Follow up on the Face to Face program with specialized agencies.
- Establish a working culture oriented to productivity and quality.
- Develop monthly and annual projections.
- Analyze and propose strategies and tests.
- Support and participate in F2F activities at the national level.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of F2F agencies.
- Implement ongoing training for city coordinators, team leaders, and fundraisers.
- Participate in field training and feedback.
- Ensure program quality and timely issue response.
- Manage the implementation of agencies' street calendar and private venues.
- Conduct mystery shopper studies.
- Review and control invoices and ensure timely supplier payment.
- Control warranty system reporting and follow up on recoveries.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to F2F teams.
- Monitor and feedback teams through direct visits and the Mystery Shopper service.
- Work with the individual acquisition team.
- Maintain constant communication with F2F managers/coordinators in other countries and regional/global offices.
Required Experience
• 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising areas, corporate alliances areas or marketing and advertisement areas or agencies will be an asset.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school.
- Technical and/or university level courses in Marketing, Economics or Engineering is an asset.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a relevant field may replace three years of related work experience.
- A master’s degree may replace additional two years.
