Overview
Support Cash Based Transfers (CBT) and implementation at the WFP Field Office level, including supporting external CBT partnerships and engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assist in the development and implementation of CBT activities.
- Prepare a range of reports and data analysis within CBT activities.
- Ensure accurate, timely recording of data within CBT activities.
- Liaise with internal counterparts to support project activities.
- Coordinate and communicate with local partners, agencies, NGOs and government institutions.
- Support the capacity building of WFP staff, cooperating partners, and national government within CBT activities.
- Act as a point of contact for resolution of operational queries and problems relevant to CBT activities.
- Oversee and/or review the work of other support staff.
- Follow standard emergency preparedness practices.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business management, and business modelling.
- Experience of drafting Project Management Documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Project Implementation Plans.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Field experience in Afghanistan.
Qualifications
• University degree in the fields of business administration, public administration, international development, or any other relevant field.
