Overview
The consultant will maintain relationships with relevant actors, facilitate information exchange, and interact with stakeholders to strengthen linkages for data gathering and dissemination within the Health Cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and share the daily presence roster of cluster partners.
- Attend ABC meetings monthly and contribute to discussions.
- Translate cluster-produced documents from English to Ukrainian weekly.
- Provide written material for Public Health Information materials.
- Update the contact list of all active partners monthly.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new partners on cluster tools.
- Proactively collect information from cluster partners to support decision-making.
- Compile and present summary briefs at subnational health cluster meetings.
- Take part in monthly meetings with oblast health departments.
- Take part in the planning and join partner supportive supervision visits.
- Talk with local volunteers/civil society to identify support opportunities.
- Share monthly health cluster bulletins with oblast authorities.
- Share monthly health cluster activity reports with health departments.
- Produce reports/minutes from meetings with partners.
- Collect feedback from partners and archive monthly feedback from monitored partner projects.
- Provide summaries of weekly updates.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with local health institutions, preferably in administration or coordination, or civil society and/or humanitarian organization.
- Experience and knowledge of working in the Humanitarian response in Ukraine.
- Experience applying knowledge on the respect of humanitarian principles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in medicine, social sciences or related field.
