Overview
Support the Mitigation Branch and UNEP India Office in accelerating passive cooling in India by recommending and supporting the implementation of passive cooling solutions in real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in design assistance to real estate developers in integration of passive cooling solutions to ensure heat adaptation.
- Technically support UNEP projects on scaling-up passive cooling in India.
- Liaise with UNEP India Office.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field of work, preferably with focus on providing design assistance to real estate developers in designing and constructing sustainable and energy efficiency buildings.
- Experience in building energy analysis, cost benefit analysis and engaging with building developers and real estate associations to advocate energy efficiency or heat adaptation is essential.
