Overview
The Fundraising Associate (Acquisition) supports UNICEF’s strategy to expand its donor base and drive private sector growth by assisting in the execution of targeted acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support donor acquisition strategy development and campaign execution.
- Assist in campaign performance monitoring and donor research.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Develop multi-channel strategies to acquire new donors.
- Plan and execute donor acquisition campaigns.
- Execute testing plans to build insights and optimise campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and targets.
- Track campaign budgets.
- Research and identify potential target audiences.
- Align donor acquisition efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Contribute to managing relationships and projects with external agencies.
- Support the development of investment plans and business cases.
Required Experience
- A minimum of six years of relevant work experience in supporting marketing campaigns, fundraising or sales activities with financial targets is required. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience. A master’s degree may replace an additional two years.
- Campaign execution and logistics experience including timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization for fundraising or sales campaigns.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the field of work.
