Overview
The position provides operational, coordination, reporting, and administrative support for the Emergency Shelter Response Programme within UNHCR's Country Office in Kyiv.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and follow-up of activities under the Emergency Shelter Response Programme.
- Assist in collecting, consolidating, and maintaining trackers, databases, and records.
- Support the processing and follow-up of requests for shelter-related deliveries.
- Prepare draft consolidated requests for review and submission.
- Monitor program progress and report operational issues.
- Support coordination between various stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and coordinating field visits and monitoring missions.
- Support the consolidation and organization of reporting related to partner distributions.
- Assist in collecting and organizing information submitted by partners.
- Monitor the filing of documentation uploaded by partners.
- Support the review and cross-checking of information reported by partners.
- Assist in collecting and consolidating information to support compliance.
- Support post-distribution monitoring and other data collection activities.
- Support the consolidation and organization of collected data and findings.
- Assist in preparing draft payment requests.
- Support the initial technical review of supplier submissions and proposals.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Architecture or Construction Engineering (or other related field).
