Overview
Provide interpretation and translation services to support project activities aimed at the integration of third-country nationals into Greek society.
Key Responsibilities
- Make initial contact with beneficiaries and build respectful relationships.
- Assist with interpretation and cultural mediation.
- Reply to helpline calls, identify issues, and report them.
- Record calls in the helpline tracker.
- Develop and maintain relations with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Identify barriers to service access for beneficiaries.
- Translate documents and information materials.
- Assist in mediation activities.
- Provide general assistance to project staff.
Required Experience
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualifications
- High school degree/certificate.
- University degree from an accredited academic institution an advantage.
