Required Experience

3-5 years' experience in community development interventions

Qualifications
  • A relevant diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
  • Computer skills
  • Understanding community empowerment approaches to development
  • Good communication (local Knowledge)
  • English (Read and Write)
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Convincing and mobilizing skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse culture
  • Networking skills
  • Data collection Methodology
  • Good idea on Gender relations
  • Willingness to work in target communities and stay in communities for prolonged time
