Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with responsible departments/partners for effective collaboration, and ensuring the quality delivery of the UNICEF HCD Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing necessary support both the time and resources required to continue responding to outstanding needs and gaps in the field, uphold quality standards and deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
- Develop consolidated quarterly /monthly Plan of Action for two provinces.
- Establishing mutual relationships with key stakeholders and partners at all levels through effective communication
- Monitor spending and manage budget to ensure spending is within approved budget.
- Provide regular/quarterly field monitoring visits and support provincial officers, ensure implementations are aligned with the POA.
- Coordinating project activities, communicating with responsible departments/partners for effective collaboration which will lead to the quality delivery of the UNICEF HCD Project for World Vision Papua New Guinea.
- Report directly to the Portfolio Manager for effective implementation and reporting of the project activities.
