Overview

This internship supports Business Analysts and Transformation teams in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and contributing to change initiatives. The role aims to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements and documenting processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the elicitation and documentation of business requirements, creating process maps and user stories.
  • Assist in data analysis and contribute to the production of high-quality project documentation.
  • Support quality assurance activities by reviewing deliverables for consistency, completeness, and alignment with standards.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to ensure analysis outputs are integrated into project delivery.
Required Experience
  • Experience in business analysis roles, possibly through previous internships or university projects which reflect experience in a structured environment working on complex tasks.
  • Ability to work within a global team environment.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks including administrative duties, meeting coordination, and document management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with collaborative tools like SharePoint or Jira is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking to assist in problem-solving.
