Overview

The intern will support the WASH team in operational and coordination activities, with a focus on proposal editing, reporting, supply tracking, and interagency engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and format project proposals and concept notes.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, briefing notes, and other documents.
  • Update tracking tools and contribute to WASH supply status reporting.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Support communication and coordination with partner organizations.
Required Experience

Strong academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records

Qualifications

Enrolment in a degree programme in an undergraduate or graduate school, or recent graduation (< 2 years). Preferred fields of study include: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, Environmental Science, Climate Change, International Development, Public Policy, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
