Overview
The consultant will support the WHO Country Office in Ukraine in strengthening programme management and resource mobilization by assisting with proposal and concept development, donor engagement, tracking of funding opportunities and agreements, and monitoring of programme implementation progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the drafting and/or revision of at least 6 strategic engagements for external engagement.
- Coordinate and document at least 6 donor meetings or consultations, preparing talking points, background notes, and follow-up summaries.
- Maintain an updated pipeline and results tracker for all ongoing proposals and funding agreements.
- Prepare and submit two analytical summaries capturing funding secured, funding gaps, and donor engagement trends.
- Maintain and update a project implementation tracker on a monthly basis, including concise progress summaries.
Required Experience
- 5 years of experience in knowledge management, SOP development, or process improvement.
- Experience working with international organizations, particularly in health systems or humanitarian settings.
- Desirable: Experience working with WHO or other UN agencies.
Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor’s university degree in information management, social science public health, business administration, or related field.
- Desirable: Master’s degree in information management, social science public health, business administration, or related field.
