Overview
The IAEA seeks qualified and enthusiastic students specialized in related professional fields to support various areas within the Division of Human Resources. The internship aims to provide practical work experience and expose interns to the work of the IAEA and the United Nations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct background research on HR matters.
- Support the development of promotional and outreach materials.
- Coordinate activities and events.
- Respond to requests for guidance on HR areas.
- Contribute to the design, improvement, and facilitation of trainings or support training administration.
- Prepare and edit drafts of HR reports, guidelines, briefing notes, and presentations.
- Analyse and report HR data and Key Performance Indicators.
- Support other HR activities as assigned.
Required Experience
- Experience in drafting documents and reports in English.
- Experience in an international work environment or with Human Resources-related work is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- University degree (in progress or recently completed) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, and Ms Teams.
