The Education Officer will provide professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for education programmes/projects within the current Country Programme (CPD 2022-2026). The role supports programme development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in programme planning, management, and/or research in education is required. Experience working in a developing country and relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization are considered as assets. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
A bachelor's degree in one of the following fields is required: education, psychology, sociology or another relevant technical field.
