Overview

Support the OECD’s work in measuring the visibility, reach and impact of its communications in traditional and AI-mediated information environments. Contribute to strategic analysis of content uptake, influence, and policy footprint, with a focus on AI-driven dynamics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the analysis of OECD visibility in AI-mediated environments (e.g. LLM referrals, generative search, bot-driven traffic).
  • Support the monitoring and interpretation of LLM bot activity and its implications for communications performance.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and proxies to assess OECD presence and influence in AI systems.
  • Lead analytical work on policy and academic citations of OECD outputs.
  • Support analysis of publication performance, integrating traditional and AI-related indicators.
  • Assist in data preparation, analysis, interpretation and visualisation for publication analytics.
  • Contribute to media monitoring and analysis, including interpretation of shifts in the media landscape linked to AI.
  • Support the preparation of media briefs and targeted monitoring.
  • Work closely with analysts and communications teams to ensure coherent delivery of outputs.
  • Support experimentation and pilot projects related to AI in communications analytics.
  • Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of communications performance dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Integrate traditional and emerging AI-related indicators into existing reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across analytical outputs and reporting systems.
Required Experience
  • Experience in analytics, media intelligence, communications monitoring or performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, digital ecosystems and the transformation of information environments.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, generative AI, algorithmic distribution, or digital platforms.
  • Experience working with data related to publications, media, web analytics or policy impact.
Qualifications

• University degree in communications, data analysis, public policy, economics, political science, international relations, or a related field.

Languages Required
• Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
Languages Preferred
• Knowledge of one or more other languages would be an asset.
Contract Duration
13-month fixed term appointment, with the possibility of renewal to a maximum of 36 months.

Remuneration
• Monthly salary starts at 4638.76 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
