Key Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors and handling telephone calls.
- Managing requests for goods and services.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing correspondence and reports.
- Reviewing incoming correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Supporting human resources processes.
- Managing procurement processes.
- Assisting in budget and financial monitoring.
- Maintaining information management systems.
- Supporting meeting administration.
- Managing travel arrangements.
- Providing general administrative support.
Required Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative positions with secondary education.
