Overview
The role involves financial oversight, reporting, and budget coordination for projects within a cluster. It also includes invoice processing, mobile money and asset management, and field engagement to support financial implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor burn rates and escalate risks.
- Produce detailed financial reports and consolidate them.
- Prepare and present Field Financial Reports (FFRs).
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead budget preparation coordination and upload budgets into systems.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Upload invoices and support mobile money disbursements.
- Update the asset register and perform asset verification.
- Monitor direct cash deposits.
- Conduct field visits to monitor financial implementation and build capacity.
- Process beneficiary and stakeholder payments.
- Review purchase requisitions.
- Implement cost allocation methodologies.
- Track cost recovery performance and monitor Support Cost Reallocation (SCR) ratios.
- Prepare SCR analysis reports.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a finance role.
Qualifications
First degree in Accounting or Finance.
