Overview

The role involves financial oversight, reporting, and budget coordination for projects within a cluster. It also includes invoice processing, mobile money and asset management, and field engagement to support financial implementation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor burn rates and escalate risks.
  • Produce detailed financial reports and consolidate them.
  • Prepare and present Field Financial Reports (FFRs).
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead budget preparation coordination and upload budgets into systems.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Upload invoices and support mobile money disbursements.
  • Update the asset register and perform asset verification.
  • Monitor direct cash deposits.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor financial implementation and build capacity.
  • Process beneficiary and stakeholder payments.
  • Review purchase requisitions.
  • Implement cost allocation methodologies.
  • Track cost recovery performance and monitor Support Cost Reallocation (SCR) ratios.
  • Prepare SCR analysis reports.
Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a finance role.

Qualifications

First degree in Accounting or Finance.
