Overview
The Integrity Assistant performs secretarial tasks and coordinates administrative activities for the Prevention and Compliance Division within the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine communications and log incoming/outgoing correspondences.
- Provide team reception services, screen calls, and handle queries from callers and visitors.
- Maintain the management information system and produce statistics or reports.
- Draft and circulate meeting minutes.
- Handle administrative requirements for consultants, including processing work orders and administering contracts.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, and travel for supervisors.
- Act as a focal point for BPMSD due diligence on departing staff.
- Serve as team coordinator for attendance monitoring, work-from-home arrangements, and timesheet submissions.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate micro-computer inventory.
- Review reports for internal consistency and formatting.
- Retrieve files and prepare tables and charts for reports.
- Act as an alternate for other Integrity Assistants during their absence.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with individuals from different cultural/national backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience navigating competing demands with efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience promoting productive and respectful workplace relationships.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or other fields combined with relevant experience.
