Overview
The Finance Manager (B4PF) role is key within the Facility Management Unit (FMU) and contributes to achieving quality fund management by leading effective finance management processes for Nabni and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Reporting
- Accounting and Cashflow Management
- Financial Analysis
- Supporting Documentation, Financial Systems and Auditing
- Line management and capacity building
- Partner oversight and monitoring
- Partner capacity development
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience from working as a Financial Manager or similar senior position in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Prior experience supporting partnerships with local and national non-governmental/civil society organisations is mandatory.
- Experience training or mentoring team members or partners on Finance is highly valued.
- Experience working in complex, volatile, and rapidly changing contexts.
- Prior experience working with KfW-funded projects and/or knowledge of KfW requirements highly prioritized.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or any relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of computer software and modern accounting systems.
