Overview

The Project Analyst will support operational and administrative functions within the Private Sector Operations Department, focusing on the division's technical assistance portfolio and operational project support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project processing including conduct of IDD on active projects.
  • Prepare required documentation for project handover to Portfolio Management Division.
  • Support planning of initiatives for IT systems and business procedures.
  • Lead monitoring of compliance with disclosure requirements.
  • Manage TA processing and administration in accordance with ADB guidelines.
  • Administrate consultant recruitment and procurement processes.
  • Manage monitoring and support implementation of TA.
  • Manage internal TA approval and budgeting processes.
  • Communicate with other concerned ADB departments involved with TA processing and administration.
  • Manage processing of TA disbursements and liquidations.
  • Participate in TA related communications with engaged consultants.
  • Monitor compliance with disclosure requirements under ADB's Public Communication Policy.
  • Draft or update annual monitoring reports, TA completion reports, and other standard TA related reporting.
  • Support TA task manager to draft terms of reference, select consultants, administer consultant contracts, monitor contract closing dates, ensure evaluation of consultants, and oversee timely closing of contracts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Monitor and prepare updates and reports on division projects and TA pipeline.
  • Prepare related information for reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other ADB departments for information needed for reports and presentations.
  • Prepare reports and presentation.
  • Assist in administering annual budget allocation.
  • Assist in preparing budget requests.
  • Assist the focal point for budget reporting, monitoring and planning.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant data from internal and external sources.
  • Provide support to other divisions and units within PSOD as and when needed for special projects and tasks.
Required Experience

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
