Overview
HR Partner to support DRC’s global HQ in Copenhagen and Danish operations, acting as the primary point of contact for leaders and strengthening the link between HR and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary HR contact for leaders in business areas/departments
- Advising leaders across the full HR spectrum, including handling Danish employment law matters
- Operational tasks such as salary offers, complex contracts, terminations, and severance agreements
- Leadership development — supporting both experienced and new leaders in their personal development
- Participating in recruitment processes for leadership positions in area(s)
Required Experience
Several years of working experience within HR, ideally as an HR Partner from an international organization based in Denmark. Knowledge of the Danish labor market and handling HR issues in a Danish context.
Qualifications
• Relevant academic degree (bachelor’s or master’s)
