Overview

Design, develop, and deliver virtual learning sessions on Emotional Intelligence for leading teams in times of uncertainty, enhancing self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-learning needs assessment and produce an analytical report.
  • Design and develop diverse learning resources, including presentations, learning guides, case studies, and practical exercises.
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging virtual learning sessions using appropriate adult learning methodologies.
  • Administer post-learning assessment and prepare a comprehensive report summarizing feedback, learning outcomes, observations, and lessons learned.
Required Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in learning design, facilitation, coaching, and organisational development is required. Experience working with UN or international organisations in change management or HR development contexts is desirable. Demonstrated experience in applying Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to lead teams effectively in times of uncertainty is desirable.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. A first-level university degree combined with additional relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
