Overview
Provide direct support to UNICEF country offices, governments, and inter-agency partners on the implementation of child protection case management and information management systems (CPIMS+).
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of child protection case management and information management system (CPIMS+).
- Build on existing tools, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Support countries in the region to apply and/or adapt tools for child protection case management in development and humanitarian settings.
- Support the social service workforce on technical needs for CPIMS+/Primero implementation to digitize case management SOPs, workflows and referral pathways.
Required Experience
A minimum of 10 years' experience in Child Protection, specifically in working in humanitarian and development contexts across East and Southern Africa with a focus on case management and information management systems strengthening.
Qualifications
Masters’ degree in Public Health, Child Protection, Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Work, Gender-Based Violence
