Overview
The Community Feedback Mechanism Technical Assistant is responsible for receiving, processing, and responding to community feedback, ensuring confidentiality and ethical management of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, process, and respond to community feedback via the green line.
- Document calls in the database according to guidance.
- Follow up on calls and provide objective, accurate responses.
- Follow up on feedback and contribute to appropriate responses.
- Support the recording of feedback received via other channels.
- Develop CFM materials/tools in easily understandable language.
- Contribute to documentation and sharing of reports and lessons learned.
- Participate in community engagement and accountability meetings and prepare reports.
- Support officers in data entry.
Required Experience
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in accountability, community engagement, or protection.
Qualifications
- Minimum BAC +2 diploma in psychology, sociology, communication, modern letters, project management, or any related field.
- Knowledge of Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA), Protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), child protection, and the Core Humanitarian Standard on Quality and Accountability (CHS).
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
