Overview

Coordinate the implementation of mutualization for Supply activities at the field level, country by country, through feasibility assessments and deployment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for supply chain mutualization.
  • Map operational and supply chain footprints.
  • Analyze local spending and supplier portfolios.
  • Map supply chain human resources and key stakeholders.
  • Map existing supply chain systems.
  • Perform risk analysis and financial impact assessment.
  • Develop proposals for supply mutualization scenarios.
  • Coordinate the chosen mutualization scenario.
  • Oversee endorsement of the mutualization proposal.
  • Negotiate and coordinate support visits from technical specialists.
  • Lead discussions on alignment of supply chain practices.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of country-specific Supply Guidelines.
  • Coordinate the definition of intersectional positions.
  • Monitor implementation progress.
  • Foster collaboration between key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all actors involved in mutualization.
Required Experience
  • Strong experience in project management is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with MSF, specifically at the mission level, is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in conducting assessments, leading operational projects, or implementing organizational changes.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages Required
• Fluent spoken and written in English and French (B2).
Languages Preferred
• Familiarity with MSF supply chain systems (e.g., Unifield, Isystock) is an asset.
Contract Duration
12 months
Work Modality
Home based with frequent assignments in the field, requiring long stays.
Remuneration
IRFFG Level 11 (with compensations and benefits of a MIO contract issued by MSF France)
