Overview
Support the implementation and delivery of the FMIS project by developing and maintaining application modules, providing technical support, and ensuring project documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain FMIS application modules using ASP.NET/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy, premises management, projects management, dashboards, reporting, and GIS-related modules.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Provide daily technical support and analyze business/system requirements.
- Conduct bug fixing, troubleshooting, optimization, and quality assurance activities.
- Review code and ensure application security, performance, and compliance with UNRWA standards.
- Support deployment, UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Deliver regular progress updates and backlog tracking reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development using ASP.NET/.NET Core and MS SQL Server.
- Experience in enterprise application development and implementation.
- Experience developing APIs and integrations.
- Experience in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL Server.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with deployment environments and DevOps practices is desirable.
- Experience with GIS integrations and dashboards is an asset.
Qualifications
University degree from accredited educational institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fdiscipline.
