Overview
The role involves providing administrative support to the Head of Unit and unit staff within the Directorate-General for Interpretation, focusing on managing the Duty Officer system, business continuity, and event preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the DG's Duty Officer system and Business continuity management.
- Assisting in setting up and preparing meetings, training sessions, and other events, drafting minutes, and ensuring follow-up.
- Coordinating the publication of updated procedure documents for the Unit's activities.
- Providing general administrative support to the Head of Unit and unit staff.
- Assisting the Head of Unit in human-resource-related matters.
Required Experience
Appropriate professional experience of at least three years if secondary education diploma is held.
Qualifications
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or
- A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
