Overview
The Programme and Sponsorship Team Lead contributes to the development of Regional Area/ Project Plans and Sponsorship Programme Area Reports. The role liaises with district and community leadership, coordinates with project managers, and mobilises Programme Officers to achieve project targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Regional Area/ Project Plans.
- Contribute to Sponsorship Programme Area Reports.
- Contribute to Programme Area Overviews in support of plan sponsorship work.
- Liaise with district and community leadership to influence change.
- Coordinate with project managers to leverage the impact of their programmes in sponsorship areas.
- Mobilise Programme Officers as needed to ensure the achievement of project targets.
- Act as a key focal point person in delivery of projects in the regional area.
- Ensure alignment with sponsorship at community level to assure accountability and strong performance management.
