Overview

This internship opportunity focuses on supporting recruitment and staff development initiatives within the Human Resources Services of the CTBTO. The intern will assist with various tasks related to learning and development, talent acquisition, and HR digitalization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support staff learning and development initiatives, including LMS-related activities and updating learning materials.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person training activities.
  • Assist with talent outreach and employer branding activities.
  • Support online career fairs, webinars, and recruitment outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with HR communications, intranet content, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support HR digitalization, automation, AI-related initiatives, and process improvement.
Required Experience

No prior professional experience is required. Relevant professional experience or academic exposure to Human Resources is an asset.

Qualifications

Completed at least two years of full-time study at a university or equivalent institution leading to a degree in human resources management, business administration, social sciences, communications, marketing, law or related field. Applications may be made up to two years after the completion of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
Languages Preferred
Knowledge of other official CTBTO languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is desirable.
