Overview
The Director of the Division of Integrated Services is responsible for managing the reliable and cost-effective delivery of integrated services within the Office of the Prosecutor, ensuring adequate support through relevant service functions, technologies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and manage services in information, knowledge, and evidence management, forensic science, language support, and tracking and information fusion.
- Develop new approaches and strategies to strengthen the effectiveness of the Office using modern tools and advanced technology.
- Ensure a holistic, optimized, and synchronized approach across the Division and with other parts of the Office.
- Represent the Office in the Court-wide Information Management Governance Board.
- Ensure effective and efficient distribution of roles and coordination between the Division, Registry divisions/sections, and external partners.
- Ensure the identification and implementation of future-proof technology strategies and capabilities.
- Lead and manage the performance of the Division and its sections to meet objectives.
- Ensure the proper administration of the Division, including recruitment, training, appraisals, resource allocation, and financial management within budget.
Required Experience
- A minimum of fifteen years (seventeen years with a first level university degree) of experience in (change) management, operations, and/or service management.
- Demonstrated experience with senior management functions (designing strategies, managing performance and risks, creating organisations).
- Experience with information and knowledge management.
- Experience with criminal investigations, including forensic support.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment is a strong asset.
- Experience in working in international organisations is an asset.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree in management, public or business administration, ICT, forensic sciences, law, or any other related field is required. A first level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience is accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
