Invitation for bids for the construction and completion of Government Medical College, Teaching Hospital and Allied Buildings at Amravati on an EPC basis.
Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Audited financial statements for the last 5 years.
- Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average of Rs. 279.30 crores for the last 5 years.
- Financial Resources: Must meet or exceed Rs. 37.24 crore.
- Construction Experience: Participation in at least one contract (last 5 years) for a 400-bedded hospital & 50 seats medical college (NMC norms) with receipt exceeding INR 297.92 crore, OR participation in at least two contracts (last 5 years) for a 250-bedded hospital & 50 seats medical college (NMC norms) with receipt exceeding INR 186.20 crore.
