Overview

The intern will support the operational, administrative, and digital documentation activities of the HR Team, focusing on administrative support across the employee lifecycle and HR projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of employee certificates
  • Drafting of reference letters
  • Maintenance and organization of digital personnel files
  • Archiving HR documentation
  • Assisting in the digitization of HR documentation
  • Support of compliance projects
  • Drafting material & presentation for events and in-house training
Required Experience
  • Less than two years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field is an asset.
Qualifications
  • Student or graduate, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social and/or Political Sciences, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent) or have graduated in the last 12 months.

Remuneration
