Overview
This temporary role supports the transition of ICT services and manages ICT layout changes during construction phases. The incumbent will also manage the retrograde of Host Nation ICT and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support JSEC ICT transition from HN provided services to NCIA ICT services
- Provide advice to Branch Head CIS enablement
- Scope and planning of ICT components based on JSEC operational requirements
- Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks and mitigating threats
- Coordination of ICT layout changes for staff moves during construction phases
- Coordination with NCIA on technical requirements for infrastructure adaptations
- Manages and process ICT requests
- Quality assurance for ICT adaptation of legacy buildings
- Managing the retrograde of HN (Host Nation’s) ICT and services
- Plans and coordinates the retrograde of HN ICT in collaboration with JSEC MGMT and HN DEU
- Development and execution of project milestones
- Liaison with HN DEU with respect to ICT support
- JSEC J6 Project Manager for NCIA projects related to ICT transition
Required Experience
- 4 years post-related experience (with University Degree)
- 5 years post related and 2 years function related experience (with Higher Secondary education and advanced vocational training)
- Experience in Project Management
- Understanding of system infrastructure, software development lifecycles and data security
Qualifications
• University Degree or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation
