Overview
Support JSEC users in the ICT transition as a tactical level technical coordinator. Coordinate user support and asset management for end-user equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support JSEC users in the ICT transition as tactical level technical coordinator.
- Coordination of JSEC user support and asset management (for the JSEC end user equipment) in close cooperation with the respective User Help Desk.
- SINA Asset Management including token and card handling, port activation/deactivation, relocation of ICT equipment, and troubleshooting.
- BWI phone management including coordination with BWI, maintaining phone register, port activation/deactivation, relocation of IT equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Assistance in Exercise user support with NCIA Support Office.
- Network administrator for JSEC provided Open Internet.
- Network troubleshooting and cable patching.
- POC for coordination/issue resolution with service providers (Telekom and BWI).
Required Experience
5 years of post-related experience.
Qualifications
Secondary or Higher Secondary Education.
