Overview
Support the Protection Unit in Kraków through the implementation of field-based protection activities across the Małopolska region. Key responsibilities include conducting visits, needs assessments, identifying protection risks, and facilitating access to assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments during field visits.
- Distribute accurate information to migrants and refugees.
- Organize and facilitate community awareness sessions.
- Contribute to protection services mapping and develop referral pathways.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal units.
- Draft correspondence and documentation on protection issues.
- Report on protection needs observed through field visits.
Required Experience
- School diploma with three years of relevant experience in the humanitarian context in Poland.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social work, with three years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of protection-related issues and frameworks, with a strong understanding of the refugee and migrant context in Poland.
