Invitation for bids for the supply of 27 units of ambulances under the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project (Additional Financing).
Key Responsibilities
• Supply of 27 Units of Ambulances.
Required Experience
- Satisfactorily completed at least one (1) contract for supply of similar goods within the last 5 years of not less than USD 1,536,000;
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover of USD 3,840,000, calculated as total payments received for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 years (2023, 2024 and 2025);
- Availability of or Access to Liquid Assets (i.e. Cash in Bank, Valid Lines of Credit), and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow requirement which is USD 960,000;
- Manufacturer of the offered goods has been in production for at least 5 years, and the offered goods have been in satisfactory operation for a minimum 3 years;
- In the case of a Bidder not doing business within Cambodia, the Bidder is represented by a Qualified Agent in Cambodia equipped and able to carry out the Supplier’s warranty, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts stocking obligations.
