Overview
This internship supports the Training and Advanced Education (TAE) Cluster of UNICRI in Turin, focusing on the design and implementation of training programmes related to crime prevention and criminal justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in filing and screening applications for Master of Laws (LL.M.) programmes.
- Support in the implementation of online activities for the LL.M. in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity and International Law.
- Support in the organization and implementation of the in-person workshop for the LL.M. in Cybercrime, Cybersecurity and International Law.
- Assist in providing information to participants.
- Assist in drafting and preparing correspondence, background documents, reports, issue briefs, talking points, articles, and presentations.
- Assist in drafting and preparing official documents.
- Assist in data collection.
- Assist in maintaining databases for LL.M. programmes.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Required Experience
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- OR be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Preferable fields of study: law, political science, international relations, criminology, psychology, communication/external relations or other related fields.
