Overview
The role involves driving the operational implementation, coordination, and follow-up of digital initiatives, specifically the Web Content Lifecycle Project and the deployment of a corporate Web Archiving solution, across global, regional, and country offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the operational implementation, coordination, and follow-up of the Web Content Lifecycle Project.
- Track delivery against defined milestones for digital initiatives.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Support the rollout and adoption of the Web Content Lifecycle and Web Archiving initiatives.
- Coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
- Track deliverables, manage dependencies, and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Facilitate coordination, follow up effectively, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital governance, web management, or digital project coordination.
- Proven experience supporting the implementation of operational projects.
- Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Track record of maintaining communication and meeting deadlines in a virtual work environment.
- Familiarity with UNICEF’s digital ecosystem and governance processes is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with web content management systems (preferably Drupal) and understanding of content lifecycle principles.
- Prior work experience with UNICEF or other UN organization is an asset.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Digital Governance, or related field.
- Information Technology, Web Development, or related subjects.
