Overview
This consultancy aims to strengthen the capacity of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS) in three core workstreams essential to the Sudan crisis response: the Way of Working initiative, the establishment and operationalization of Humanitarian Diplomacy and Communications, and the strengthening of local Resource Mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, on behalf of the SRCS, three core workstreams essential to the Sudan crisis response: the Way of Working initiative, the establishment and operationalization of Humanitarian Diplomacy and Communications, and the strengthening of local Resource Mobilization.
- Implement the National Society Roadmaps on Resource Mobilization and on Humanitarian Diplomacy and Communications.
- Support the implementation of the Way of Working roadmap.
- Assist the Secretary General in institutionalizing HD/Communications within SRCS.
- Advance the development of a functional local Resource Mobilization department.
- Provide guidance in other related areas as needed.
