Overview

Ensure the quality of information and data related to child protection incidents. Document incidents based on agreed forms and online applications, and conduct quality checks on collected information.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality of the information/ data
  • Make quality check of the information collected through the CTFMR-operated phone line
  • Record all CP incidents using standardized CP/CTFMR data collection forms
  • Track the progress of cases, report to the supervisor, and ensure that follow-up actions are carried out
  • Ensure that any received call through the hotline is properly recorded using the designated format
  • Coordinate with World Vision field staff to follow up on Joint Verification cases
  • Monitor and Report the Data Submitted (weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) to UNICEF/ CTFMR
  • Regular training to Hotline operators in cooperation with technical people
  • Identify the capacity-building training needs for hotline operators
  • Weekly, Monthly meeting with Hotline operators / supervisor / Project Manager
Required Experience

Minimum 2 years’ working experience in community development is essential

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is essential

Languages Required
Demonstrate fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the Myanmar language.
Languages Preferred
Proficiency in any ethnic language is considered an added advantage. Able to understand local language is desirable. Good oral and written communication skills in English are desirable

The position is based at the National Office and requires frequent field visits to project locations, including regions, states, townships, and villages.
