Overview
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) UK is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Assistant to join their fundraising team. The role involves cultivating relationships with Trusts and Foundations to achieve fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-150 Trusts and Foundations.
- Provide excellent relationship management and create donor journeys.
- Approach stewardship systematically, segmenting the portfolio and providing proactive communications.
- Provide exemplary donor stewardship through reactive interactions.
- Ensure continued support of MSF by Trusts and Foundations, focusing on delivering stable and increased income.
Required Experience
- Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.
- Experience in fundraising, relationship management, customer service, or sales.
- Experience of working in an office environment, maintaining effective administrative systems and procedures.
