Overview
Provides routine operational and administrative support to the School Meals Accelerator team, contributing to the smooth delivery of business support services. Supports front office operations, logistics, data management, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information to support drafting of documents and preparing reports.
- Respond to queries and escalate where appropriate.
- Support processing and managing routine administrative and financial tasks.
- Provide revision and proof-reading services for standard documents.
- Maintain standard systems and files.
- Identify simple discrepancies in statistics and data and report to senior staff.
- Take responsibility for data integrity.
- Work with a variety of individuals to assist in business support delivery.
Required Experience
- Four or more years of progressively responsible work experience in the relative business stream with experience in general administrative work.
- Experience in providing front office and general administrative support, including calendar management, coordination of meetings, and handling routine correspondence.
- Relevant experience in supporting travel and procurement processes.
- Experience in asset management or office supply tracking.
- Good experience in using office software and corporate systems for data entry, document management, and administrative transactions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong client orientation.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school education.
