Overview
The Human Resources Management Intern – Staff Benefits Unit will support the unit in routine administrative functions, documentation management, and coordination with the Strategy and Information Management Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of routine data summaries and tracking sheets to support unit reporting activities.
- Participate in collaboration with the Strategy and Information Management Unit to support audits of archived files.
- Contribute to the review of archived records to help ensure completeness and proper documentation.
- Assist in identifying missing or inconsistent files and support follow-up actions to address documentation gaps.
- Participate in the collection, compilation, and submission of monthly inputs and reports on behalf of the unit.
- Assist in performing other related administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor, as part of on-the-job learning and development.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
- Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Education background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Management Or a related field is desirable.
