Overview
Assist in the design and dissemination of internal communications materials and support the promotion of events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and dissemination of internal communications materials such as announcements, digital flyers, and intranet updates
- Support the promotion of events, trainings, and HR campaigns organized by HRMS
- Contribute to introducing new staff members through internal communication channels
- Help adapt and disseminate global HR messages for ECA staff
- Ensure alignment of communication materials with ECA HRMS branding guidelines
- Support the monitoring of staff engagement with communications and propose improvements
- Research and suggest creative approaches to improve internal communications
- Assist with content formatting, simple visual design, or media creation using available tools
Qualifications
- be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
- be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
Education background in communication, graphic designing and content creation is desirable.
