Overview
Provide engagement leadership to operationalize two multistakeholder partnerships: the Children’s WASH SDG Fund and the People’s Survival Fund Plus. The role will convene partners, establish and manage a private sector membership offer, and develop partner-facing communications and fundraising materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as secretariat for the Children’s WASH SDG Fund’s Steering Committee.
- Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement approach for the Children’s WASH SDG Fund and PSF Plus partners.
- Organize and manage event execution including donor visits.
- Operationalize and manage the private sector membership model for the Children’s WASH SDG Fund.
- Develop compelling “investment cases” for multi-year contributions and strategic partnerships.
- Develop partner-facing communications materials for the Children’s WASH SDG Fund.
- Support the drafting and packaging of Fund reporting products.
- Develop a thought leadership agenda around child-focused climate adaptation.
- Advise partners on ESG alignment, child rights due diligence, and responsible business practices.
- Develop donor reports as required.
- Develop a short quarterly newsletter for partners in the Children’s WASH SDG Fund.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in private sector partnerships/CSR/ESG, resource mobilization, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including convening senior partners across sectors.
- Experience in secretariat/coordination support (agendas, briefs, minutes, action tracking and follow-up).
- Ability to manage and deliver membership offers.
- Strong writing skills for marketing materials, content creation, partner-facing communications and reporting products.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Sustainability or a Master’s Degree with significant relevant experience.
