Overview
Consultant to strengthen the model of integrated services for children with disabilities and conduct the assessment for its pilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the methodology and assessment framework, in line with the Theory of Change of the pilot project.
- The assessment framework will include a minimum set of indicators to assess the success of the piloted model, identify bottlenecks and recommendations for a successful scale up.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge in research, M&E, data analysis, development planning.
- Demonstrated experience in designing M&E systems and conducting quantitative research or evaluations.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and design, project management, results-based management.
Qualifications
• Master`s university degree in Social Science
