Overview
To perform specialized and/or standardized policy and programme-related processes and activities to support the effective delivery of assistance packages, focusing on beneficiary identity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programmatic needs and manage all data activities related to beneficiary identity management (IDM).
- Perform activities related to beneficiary registration, enrolment, verification, approval, creation of PAF and reconciliations in SCOPE.
- Coordinate with POs on data related tasks and timely cash disbursement.
- Train focal staff on data collection and data quality.
- Put in place mechanisms for data quality assurance.
- Review and update projects output/outcome level data base.
- Maintain records of excluded households/beneficiaries.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare dashboards, infographics and summaries/reports.
- Perform field visits to support focal points.
- Assist in designing and implementing innovative projects that promote financial inclusion.
- Assist in preparing brief writeups, concept notes/proposals, reports, and program strategies.
- Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in programme related activities with 3 years or more experience in database management and monitoring of humanitarian or development projects.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, business administration, economics in the related functional area is desirable.
