Overview
Support business and project development, implementation, and supervision in line with client and market needs. The role involves engaging with stakeholders to unlock investment and improve the private sector ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business and project development.
- Support project implementation by providing technical advice and monitoring reforms.
- Support high quality of project supervision and completion documents.
- Support engagement with World Bank and IFC teams for reforms.
- Support oversight of the advisory portfolio.
- Support engagement with government and private sector top management.
- Support knowledge sharing sessions.
- Support research and diagnostics.
- Support resources management.
Required Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in private sector development, with a focus on delivering private sector oriented reform projects in delivering advisory engagements. Strong track record of working with the government clients. Demonstrable experience working on IFC and WBG products will be an advantage.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a closely related field, or professional certification (CPA, CFA).
