Overview
Support effective programme implementation, coordination, and monitoring for the United Nations Development Programme in Rwanda, focusing on sustainable energy, environment, and climate change.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling data for project work plans, drafting budgets, and preparing background materials.
- Help ensure project business processes are compliant with UNDP procedures.
- Support the organization of project events, workshops, and field missions.
- Coordinate procurement procedures, manage logistical arrangements, and maintain project records.
- Help collect and present information for project monitoring against targets.
- Assist in tracking project expenditures and supporting financial report preparation.
- Draft sections of progress reports.
- Assist in maintaining contact lists for partners and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of communication materials and visibility products.
- Contribute to compiling and organizing project knowledge, lessons learned, and tools.
Required Experience
- 1 month
- Demonstrated interest or experience (up to three years) in Project Administration & Coordination, Logistical & Event Support, Climate & Environment Sector, and Data & Record Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
