Overview
Support the career development component of the Frontier Tech Leaders (FTL) Programme by assisting with beneficiary engagement, dissemination of career opportunities, coordination of virtual career support activities, and administrative support for programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify job, internship or other relevant opportunities for beneficiaries and disseminate through the FTL LinkedIn Community Network Group and other relevant means.
- Schedule meetings with beneficiaries and career support development expert for 1-1 CV & LinkedIn profile reviews, mock interview sessions, career mentor matchmaking and inspirational speakers events.
- Draft brief communication materials, including emails, text messages and LinkedIn group messages, to support outreach, coordination and event organization.
Required Experience
Interest and/or experience in online community platforms and apps like Whatsapp, Linkedin Group, Circle etc.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor degree (or higher) in Social Sciences, Public Administration or STEM Areas
- Completion of a Frontier Tech Leaders Bootcamp is desirable.
